The Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management is designed for people who generally have limited prior knowledge or experience of Human Resource Management (HRM) but who are seeking to move into the industry as human resource management professionals. It is comprised of a concise set of advanced courses in the functional areas of Human Resource Management (HRM), providing an excellent foundation for advancing your knowledge in human resource management, as well as a pathway into the masters program.

Upon successful completion of this degree students may articulate into the Master of Employment Relations (offered through Open Universities Australia (OUA)) to enhance the External Relations (ER) component of their qualification or the Master of Human Resource Management (offered at Nathan or Gold Coast campuses) to undertake a range of advanced level course offerings in Human Resource Management (HRM) that are focussed on professional and strategic skill development.
