Exercise and Sports Science is a multidisciplinary field encompassing physiology, biomechanics, nutrition and the psychosocial aspects of human movement. This course provides foundational knowledge that is key to developing a sound base for understanding the health and wellness continuum between performance athletes and chronic disease patients. Theoretical and practical learning in the biophysical knowledge domains (biochemistry & energetics as well as biophysics) will be combined with professional awareness and career pathways in the exercise and sports science industry.
