Dental Hygiene Practice 1 introduces students to the fundamentals of dental diseases to develop a critical understanding of preventive dental care and dental hygiene practice. The Transition Through University (TTU) modules will be a compulsory part of the course to enable students to transform their learning into future action by reflecting on important professional attributes. Pre-requisite: All year 1 courses must be successfully completed prior to proceeding to year 2 courses.
