Introduction to Social Enterprise (1704LHS)

Social Enterprises are not-for-profit organisations whose primary purpose is to benefit the community. This course introduces students to the basic concepts, lets them hear from local representatives and explores pathways to employment via social enterprises. The course also provides students with basic research and presentation skills essential to their later projects and long-term job readiness.
