Introduction to Robotics (1711ICT)

This course introduces the underlying architecture and principles of modern robotic hardware, software, and communication that is the foundation of modern Intelligent Systems. The course provides students with the basic knowledge of how the components that define a system work together and by extension an appreciation of the capabilities and limitations of computer and robotic systems. This knowledge assists students in the application of technologies to solve problems and builds a foundation for further study in the field of robotics.
