Work Integrated Learning 1 (1801MED)

Students will be allocated a four (4) week clinical placement at the end of their First Year of the Bachelor of Paramedicine Program. Students will be assigned to an Operational Ambulance Station as a third officer, rotating through a roster with an operational Ambulance Paramedic crew. Whilst immersed within the prehospital environment Students will be required to complete associated assessment tasks to further scaffold and foster learning. Prerequisites: 1812MED Expanding Paramedic Practice and 1017MSC Anatomy and Physiology Systems II.
