Laboratory Practicum 3 (2205DOH)

This course is the practical component of removable partial prosthodontics in which students put into practice knowledge gained in prosthetic technology 3 during the construction of removable partial dentures. This course also gives students an opportunity to improve on the practical skills gained in previous courses. The work integrated learning aspect of the course enables students to develop and utilise skills acquired in a commercial laboratory setting. Pre-requisite: All year 1 courses must have been successfully completed prior to proceeding to year 2 courses. Co-requisite: 2203DOH and 2205DOH must be studied simultaneously.
