Forensic Evidence and the Expert Witness (3028NSC)

This course covers the nature and presentation of forensic evidence in court; the role of the expert witness from the perspective of both Prosecution and Defence; the Jury's perception of forensic evidence and expert witnesses. This is a Capstone course intended for Forensic Science Program students in their final trimester of study. Prerequisite: To be eligible to enrol in this Course, you should have achieved a minimum 140CP.
