In General Dental Practice 1 students develop knowledge and skills of principles, techniques and materials applied to the practice of endodontics, periodontics and removable and fixed prosthodontics. Students will attend professional practice sessions to enable them to reach a level of clinical competence to operate safely in a clinical environment. Pre-requisite: Students must have successfully completed all preceding years courses to progress to year 3 and students must have successfully completed 3060DOH_Y1 in the current year to progress to 3060DOH_Y2.
