This course incorporates the principles of work-integrated learning (WIL) but with social impact at its core. You will gain real work experience in an impact-oriented workplace one where achieving social, economic, cultural or environmental impacts is a key part of their business strategy. The impact organisations offering projects represent a wide range of industries but what they have in common is a blended business model pursuing both social and commercial objectives. The course will focus on a specific opportunity or challenge within these businesses and offers the opportunity to further develop your skills in problem analysis, project planning, pitching ideas and teamwork. Prerequisites: Students must have completed a minimum of 80 credit points towards their degree program. Co-requisites: NIL.
