The planning, operation, management and continuous quality improvement of food services play an important role in providing essential services across a range of settings. In this course will critically examine and contrast the processes involved in the provision of food and nutrition services. Furthermore, research skills will be applied to a capstone assessment item focusing on quality improvement in a food service system. This is a restricted course offered to Bachelor of Nutrition & Dietetics students only. Pre-requisite: 2220AHS - Food Science Co-requisite: 3101AHS - Medical Nutrition Therapy I
