Laboratory Practicum 4 (3220DOH)

This course focuses on fixed prosthodontics and continues the development of the student's practical skills. Previous skills and knowledge gained will be applied in this course. Students will develop the practical skills and competence required to analyse, evaluate and construct fixed prostheses required to restore and or improve the aesthetics, function and phonetics of full and partially dentate patients. Students have the opportunity to further develop their level of accuracy and speed using the skills gained in previous courses, as they will be involved in work integrated learning, providing a wider range of services than previous laboratory practicums, for the Griffith University Dental Clinic. Students will have the opportunity to learn in the team environment. Students must be also enrolled in 3031DOH, 3121FPH and 3220DOH
