This course will develop professional knowledge and practices for supporting student participation in learning, including strategies that are responsive to the learning strengths and needs of students from diverse backgrounds, and students with disabilities; and the reinforcement of understandings about teaching and assessment practices that respond to, and are informed by, evidence of impact on student learning. Students will be placed in schools for a total of 25 days. This professional experience placement will provide the pre-service teachers with the opportunity for further development of knowledge and practices using evidence of the impact their teaching has on student learning
