Pharmacy Practice IV is the culminating capstone practice course that emphasises pharmacists' professional roles as primary health care providers and medication managers in Australian society and within multidisciplinary health care teams. Expected course outcomes include legal and ethical practice in dispensing, counselling and medicines management, and readiness for intern practice. Prerequisite: 3014PHM Placements and either 3008PHM Pharmacy Practice III or 4004PHM Pharmacy Practice III.
