This course comprises of an 8-week project-based placement aimed at planning, implementing and/or evaluating a community nutrition program that considers the local food system to improve the health of groups and/or communities. Students will be evaluated against the Dietitians Australia National Competency Standards for Dietitians in Australia (2021). Pre-requisites: All Year 3 core courses. Co-requisites: 4110AHS Nutrition Care Process Placement. Restriction: Student must be in program 1355 BNutrDiet or 1436 BNutrDiet (Hons).
