Applied Dietetics (6105AHS)

This placement course will provide dietetic students with the opportunity to apply their knowledge and skills gained throughout their degree, to be able to conduct dietetic consultations with real and simulated patients and work as effective member of an interprofessional team. Restriction: Student must be in program 1355 Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics. Pre-requisites: must have completed 3101AHS Medical Nutrition Therapy 1 AND must have completed 3104AHS Nutrition Education AND must have completed 3144AHS Food Service Management Co-requisites: must be enrolled in 3103AHS Community and Public Health Nutrition AND must be enrolled in 3100AHS Communication and Counselling in Dietetics AND must be enrolled in 3102AHS Medical Nutrition Therapy 2 Incompatible: must not have completed 3105AHS Applied Dietetics
