Research Methods in IT (6112ICT)

The course introduces paradigms and methodologies used in Information Technology research that can be applied to a range of typical research problems arising in computer science, software engineering, multimedia and information systems. The course allows students to develop the skills necessary to engage in higher degree research and to demonstrate an understanding of the scientific research practices and conventions appropriate for their selected research domains.
