High-level communication and leadership skills are essential for professional engineers. This course therefore explores communication theories and investigates the role of information as an engineering resource. It addresses the leadership process, the different approaches to leadership and flexibility of leadership styles. It emphasises both theory and practice, and elaborates on leadership from a communication standpoint.
