This course builds on other postgraduate courses dealing with communication, training, personal development and organisational research by examining the processes through which work objectives are achieved in organisations. The purpose of the course is to offer a theoretically and strategically focused understanding of process methodology at the individual, group and organisational level. Prerequisites: NIL.
