The subject focuses on theoretical and practical approaches to change in order that students develop skills to contribute to community development, evaluation, and future leadership. Students develop a clinical learning contract to explore an area of practice which has been identified by the student as in need of change. The change initiative will focus on improvement in patient care. The negotiated contract will reflect how the prescribed objectives which meet the specific learning needs of the individual student, have been incorporated into a strategy for change.
