This course is designed to ensure all students undertaking the Master of Arts (Research) program have advanced knowledge of the major theories and key literature related to their respective discipline. Students will be required to critically engage with, analyse and apply various theories and perspective to a range of issues. Students will also gain advanced knowledge or the prominent scholars and literature related to their respective disciplines and will develop advanced skills in analysing and synthesising this knowledge towards the preparation of detailed literature reviews.
