This is the third of three practicum courses which students must complete as part of their internship. Students complete the internship (8181PSY, 8180PSY_P1 and 8180PSY_P2) over a one-year period. Practicum training is an essential and compulsory requirement for post graduate training in Clinical Psychology. Students will undertake a practical internship in the Griffith University Psychology Clinic under close supervision. They will manage a therapeutic caseload and work with clients across the lifespan, individually and in groups. Students must hold provisional registration with the Psychology Board of Australia before commencing their internship. Prerequisites: 8181PSY Practicum 1 OR 8180PSY_P1 Practicum 2A.
