The Program Director will review applications for leave of absence relative to the maximum time available to complete the program, professional registration requirements and employment requirements (if applicable).

Pathways to further study

Students who complete a dissertation component will have a pathway to Higher Degree Research study. Graduates who wish to continue onto Higher Degree Research study and have not completed the dissertation component will be able to apply for entry to the Graduate Diploma of Health Research (4161) which provides the necessary preparation for entry into the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Master of Philosophy (MPhil) program.
