For the award of Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours) [BConsMgt(Hons)], you must successfully complete 320 credit points as prescribed below:

  • 240 credit points for the core module
  • 80 credit points for the flexible module.

For International students required to complete the English Language Enhancement course

For the award of Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours) [BConsMgt(Hons)], you must successfully complete 320 credit points as prescribed below:

  • 10 credit points for the English Language Enhancement course (5903LHS) and;
  • 240 credit points for the core module and;
  • 70 credit points for the flexible module.
Other program requirements

You must successfully complete:

  • no more than 100 credit points of Level 1 courses (the first number of a course code denotes the level).

Honours

Classification of Honours

This degree with Honours may be awarded in the following classes:

  • Class I Honours
  • Class IIA Honours
  • Class IIB Honours
  • Class III Honours

The class of Honours to be awarded to each student in this degree will be determined by the relevant Assessment Board on the basis of a Program GPA and a minimum percentage for the Dissertation as outlined in the Dissertation Management Procedure.

The Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) is the national policy for regulated qualifications in Australian education and training. This qualification is accredited as an AQF Level 8 - Bachelor Honours Degree.

English Language Enhancement

All undergraduate International students are required to complete an English Language Enhancement Course unless specific criteria are met as specified in Section 5.0 Qualifications Procedure.
