About this program

Develop a holistic understanding of the built environment, with a double degree in Architecture and Construction Management.  Gain essential industry experience while you study, develop skills in the latest industry IT apps, learn in small, purpose-built design studios and receive 5 star support while you learn. You'll combine design skills and creative problem-solving to create unique, functional and beautiful spaces from the inside out, while also taking sustainability considerations into account, in urban, coastal and tropical contexts, and be equipped to manage design projects from beginning to end.

Student Income Support

To be classed as a full-time student, you are required to enrol in a minimum number of credit points each standard study period. The minimum credit points for full-time enrolment in this program is 30 credit points.

Trimester 1 and Trimester 2 are deemed standard study periods. As Trimester 3 is a non-standard study period, continuing students moving from one year to the next will not be required to study during this trimester to be eligible for student income support.

Domestic students who commence in Trimester 3 may be eligible for student income support from the onset of study provided they are enrolled full-time in this study period.

Your unique skillset will enable you to easily liaise between architects and the construction industry to ensure effective project management.  Upon meeting the accreditation requirements of the construction management degree, you may be eligible to pursue a path where you manage or execute your own residential projects.
