About this program

Healthcare environments are under intense pressure to focus on service delivery and accountability and are in critical need of innovative ways of working. This program combines elements of leadership, innovation facilitation, and successful implementation to explore new ways of working.

The program will provide students with new knowledge, skills and confidence to deliver innovative health services informed by research. Students will also have opportunities to translate their learnings into practice, by undertaking real-life service improvement and development projects with supervision and mentorship.

This flexible program focuses on authentic teaching and assessment to provide students with the ability to investigate areas within their own workplace for innovation, translation, and sustainability. The program would be of interest to clinicians, health management professionals, researchers, administrators and personnel working in healthcare services.
