The Master of Dentistry is only open to students who have successfully completed the Bachelor of Dental Health Science (1577) or the Bachelor of Oral Health in Dental Science (1259) at Griffith.
Students who wish to delay entry into the Master of Dentistry may do so for no more than one year. Students who delay entry cannot be guaranteed a place in the Master of Dentistry. Entry will be subject to available dental operatories (dental chairs) and to passing a clinical and written examination.
There are some essential skills and abilities you will need to perform to meet the core learning outcomes of your program and courses. They are not something you need to gain admission into the program, but they will be assessed throughout your program, and they will be required for you to succeed in your career when you graduate.

English language requirements apply to International applicants and other applicants whose previous study was undertaken in a language other than English. The minimum English language requirements for such applicants for entry to these programs are described below.
