To be eligible for the award of the Master of Organisational Psychology (MOrgPsych), a student must acquire 160 credit points as prescribed by the requirements set out below:

  • gain 80 credit points for organisational psychology courses;
  • gain 50 credit points for the practicum component;
  • gain 30 credit points for the research component.

This degree may be awarded with Distinction where a student achieves a minimum program GPA of 6.5 with no failed courses. The words "This award was achieved with Distinction" will be recorded on the testamur.

All requirements for the award must be completed within an elapsed period of four calendar years from the commencement of candidature regardless of any leave granted.

Note: Students who wish to transfer from the Doctor of Philosophy in Organisational Psychology to the Master of Organisational Psychology should seek approval from the Program Director.
