You will also undertake a course in health and science communication where you will learn to evaluate health and science information and communicate it to a wide range of audiences.

In second year, you will study these areas in greater depth and take medically focused courses in immunology, infectious disease, pharmacology, and biochemistry. You'll also learn to integrate and apply the knowledge learned in your first and second year by studying our Integrative Medical Sciences course. You'll understand the concepts of foundational sciences that underpin disease and develop skills of problem-solving and clinical reasoning.

Honours is available through an additional year of study.
